How can I place an order? What is the minimum order?

You can purchase directly from our online store easily and securely. Add products to your cart, choose your payment method, and complete your order in just a few clicks. Your products will be shipped to your home very quickly!
The minimum order is 1 pack; bulk products or quantities less than what is indicated for each pack/product are not available. EUVITAL products are for daily use, so we always recommend ordering a sufficient quantity to reach the amount that qualifies for free shipping. Our users typically order enough for 3 months' supply of each product. 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, and other secure payment methods available at checkout.

Can I modify or cancel an order?

You can request to modify or cancel an order within 3 hours of purchase by contacting our customer service. Order preparation is usually very fast to provide excellent service to our users; therefore, after this period, the order might already be in the shipping phase and no longer modifiable.
